Welcome to Salty Goat Fishing Company! I’m Capt. Andrew Washeck, a part time charter captain based in Jacksonville, Fl, and an active-duty member of the U.S. Navy. Our area is teeming with marine life, offering year-round fishing opportunities that change with the seasons.
