Capt. Andrew grew up fishing the piers and backwaters of South Florida, then served as an Aviation Electrician in the U.S. Navy — stationed for years in Hawaii before landing in Jacksonville, where the fishing lit that fire all over again.

With over 18 years on the water and 12 at the helm, Capt. Andrew runs every Salty Goat trip himself. His approach is calm, focused, and built on real experience — not tourist tricks or party boat formulas.

He’s the kind of captain who listens to what you want, makes a plan based on the conditions, and works hard to put you on fish without making it a circus.
